This year we are encouraging our Â鶹´«Ã½AV community to make reading a daily habit by finding just 15 minutes each day to read. Every fortnight students and staff are sharing their reviews and recommendations across a range of genres, Check out their suggestions below.
The benefits of reading are compelling! Regular reading keeps our brain active, improves communication skills, expands vocabulary and enhances employment opportunities. Reading has also been found to increase empathy, reduce stress and aid sleep. It is entertaining, informative and imaginative – transporting us to new worlds and introducing us to a range of characters.
